World Cup Challenge
The Thinking Person's challenge - This competition is not about who wins the World Cup but about which selection of EIGHT teams will go further in the tournament than expected.
Over £1100 before prizemoney has been raised on behalf of Cancer Research Reg Charity No 1089464. Prizes are 1st prize £250, 2nd prize £100, 3rd Prize £50.

That was the crunch match. Unfortunately for Daniel Edgington Uruguay almost had it in their grasp but fell away at the last, taking Daniel's hopes of first place with it. This now means the one, two, three is resolved as the three current leaders all have both finalists assuring them of a further Ten points each for the winning Side.
The three all picked a mixture of sides with Dave starting at -68, Daniel at -50 and C Clarkson at -67.
So I hope you all enjoyed the competition, and my thanks to Mark Strange for organising the website.
