Village Hall Gets Facelift
Kempsford’s village hall has recently undergone a facelift. Recent events, such as the ever popular Beer Festival and shows including Bawdy Stories, have raised sufficient money to enable the long overdue refurbishment of the hall facilities to take place.
Combined with funds generously provided from the Parish Council the majority of the hall has been refitted and decorated. The kitchen has had new units and flooring (see photos below). The hall itself has a new lowered ceiling, better sound and heat insulation and has been re-wired and decorated.
Storage facilities are in the process of being improved and the toilets will be upgraded in the near future when funds allow. The hall committee would like to thank everybody that has attended recent events. Without their support none of the development would have taken place.
